1. Introduction

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information when engaging our Services and promptly update any changes.

3.2 Compliance: Clients agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.3 Content Ownership: Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any content provided to Ampere Deals for use in the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed upon, Ampere Deals retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to any materials, methodologies, processes, or tools used or developed in the course of providing the Services.

4.2 License: Upon full payment, Ampere Deals grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees: Fees for Services will be outlined in the respective service agreements or statements of work.

5.2 Invoicing and Payment: Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation extends beyond the termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ampere Deals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in The State of Delaware.

10. Changes to Terms

Ampere Deals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Consent for SMS

11.1- SMS Consent Communication:
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
11.2- Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from Ampere Deals, you may receive messages related to the following (provide specific examples):
  • Appointment reminders
  • Follow-up messages
  • Billing inquiries
11.3- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. Our SMS frequency on the daily basis will be from approx. 50-150.
11.4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
11.5- Opt-In Method:

11.6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
