3. Payments All payments and transactions made with Ampere Deals are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed pricing, invoice terms, and project milestones.
4. Project Scope Any work requested outside the agreed scope of a project may be subject to additional charges and revised delivery timelines. Final deliverables will be provided only after confirmation of requirements and payment terms.
5. Revisions and Delivery We aim to deliver all projects professionally and within the agreed timeline. Revision requests must fall within the agreed scope of work. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may result in additional costs.
6. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, feedback, approvals, and any necessary materials required for the completion of the project. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
7. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ampere Deals reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise by the client.
8. Refund Policy Payments made for completed work, consultation, strategy, or partially completed milestones may be non-refundable. Any refund request will be reviewed based on the stage and nature of the project.
