30-Day Refund Policy

At Ampere Deals, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the original payment date.

2. Service Review
Refunds may be approved only after reviewing the work completed, project stage, and the nature of the service provided.

3. Non-Refundable Work
Refunds may not apply to completed work, approved deliverables, custom work already performed, consultation services, or third-party costs already incurred on the client’s behalf.

4. Partial Refunds
If a project has already started, Ampere Deals may issue a partial refund based on the amount of work completed up to the date of the refund request.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project details, timely communication, and required materials. Refund requests caused by lack of client response, delays, or change of mind after significant work has started may be denied.

6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time and returned through the original payment method where possible.

7. Currency
All transactions and refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

8. Company Location
Ampere Deals operates in the State of Delaware, and this Refund Policy is governed in accordance with applicable laws of that state.
